Casa del Mar, is a Casa de Finca de Plataneras, located in the North of Gran Canaria, at the end of the 19th century. The House, is located in a very quiet fishermen's neighborhood of Arucas (San Andres) is just 20 mtrs from the beach and natural pools that exist in the area. It is surrounded by countless services: bars, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, church, hairdresser, bakery, supermarket, and bus stops in the direction of Las Palmas (Dir Sud) and Agaete (Dir North).
The House, conformed by a main building, with covered inner patio, of 400m2, with industrial kitchen, dining room, 6 rooms, 4 complete bathrooms and a toilet, has been conceived for the universal accessibility: Adapted bathrooms, door widths, widths of corridor, turns, rooms with easy transfer beds ... All rooms are exterior, overlooking the garden and the sea, or plantation of banana trees and fruit trees.
Outside (garden), which is accessed by a ramp from the main house, were renovated Finca Rooms, where currently, is a 50m2 Loft fully accessible, consisting of room, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room, bath.
From the garden, which has 350m2, with solarium, and barbecue for the enjoyment of our guests, you can access Plantation of banana trees and fruit trees, of 1500 m², whose fruits and access will always be available for our visitors.
